The first step to collaborate with your team is creating a Collection. A Collection is a general theme that groups a set of Workspaces (virtual collaboration area). Collections are a great way to separate different types of work.
An example of a Collection's name could be: "Personal Stuff". To create a Collection click on the "Create" button in the navigation bar and choose "Collection".
It is the Workspace that the game begins. A Workspace is an virtual collaboration area where your team collaborate sharing tasks, conversations and attachments.
To create a Workspace click on the "Create" button in the navigation bar and choose "Blank workspace". A Workspace's name could be: "Family summer trip".
To brainstorm tasks click first in “List” to see the detailed list of tasks. Now you can type the task name and press “Enter” to finish. Order tasks is easy too, just drag and drop to desired position.
To invite others to collaborate with you, click in the “Add” button near “Participants” and then type email or name. If the person is already on Zehnk just click and then close, if not, invite them by email to join you.
To detail more what is needed to be done, add description, dates, checklists and attachments.
With the workspace´s conversation, you can quiqly chat with your peers and mention someone to alert them what is needed.
To view the status of tasks, click in “Board” to see board view, then analyze what is in progress and drag and drop tasks to change status.
